We are urgently seeking experienced **Gardeners** on a sub-contract basis to take over a gardening run in the **Inner West (Strathfield, Redfern & Balmain).**

Clean Green Strata (CGS) provides complete programmed maintenance services to the strata industry. With specialist divisions in strata cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, building management, and bin management across Sydney.

To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in the maintenance of gardens in strata complexes.

The tasks which you will be performing are as follows
- Hedging, blowing pathways, etc weeding, mulching, trimming plants. pruning, planting, small landscaping projects, etc.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications for both above positions**:

- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety
- Must be a sole trader, partnership, or a company with a team NO larger than 3 employees
- Must have ABN
- Must have Public liability insurance
- Must have a current driver’s license and own transport (unbranded vehicle or have branding that can be removed off your vehicle when working for CGS)
- An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and work, health and safety

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
