Are you driven by sales and customer service? Do you excel in a fast-paced retail setting? Join our team at Renewable Energy UPGRADES as a **Temporary Retail Sales Assistant** for a 2-week assignment, with potential for extension.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
- Recommend suitable electrical products based on customer needs.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and engagement.
- Maintain an organized and appealing store environment.
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: $23.98 - $32.12 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mulgrave, VIC 3170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
