Bookkeeper (Graduate & Mandarin Speaker)

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and payroll when required
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and closing activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Support external audits and prepare required documentation
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Strong learning ability and a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills
- Relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus
- Proficient in English reading and writing; Mandarin speakers are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Pay: $50,865.09 - $60,000.00 per year
