Humphris Nursery, a successful and leading horticultural wholesale plant nursery in the outer Eastern suburns of Melbourne, has an exciting opportunity for a positive, enthusiatic, self-motivated **Despatch Processor / Order Picker/ Packer **to join our team.

**About Us**

Humphris Nursery is a large, progressive horticultural wholesale operation, based inMooroolbark with a team of 120+ individuals, four production sites and a retail facility located throughout the beautiful Yarra Valley. Established in the 1850's and cared for by 5 generations of the Humphris family, we've modernised, and evolved in to the market leader we are today, making us one of the oldest continuously registered wholesale nurseries in Australia, something we are very proud of.

The successful applicant must be able to work in all environments. Your own transport is essential as there is limited public transport. An immediate start is preferred.

**Key Tasks of the Despatch Processor/ Order Picker / Packer role includes**:

- Despatch - order picking of customer orders from a wide range of products
- Packing orders, pallet wrapping
- An eye for detail and understanding of quality control
- Moving stock / materials around warehouse
- Assisting other operators as required
- Manual Handling

Previous experience in plant manufacturing is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided. You must have good communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong work ethic, be a team player yet have the ability to work independently. You must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, complete basic production tracking paperwork. Being punctual and reliable is a must.

**The ability to perform in a fast pace environment is essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Mooroolbark, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
