**To be successful in the role, you will be required the following**:
- Ability to provide domestic care, personal care, social and community to the age care and NDIS client.
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High level of time management and organizational ability.
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities.
- Previous experience working as support worker is preferred.
**Essential Requirements**
- Can communicate by English.
- Have experience with NDIS and age care people is advantage.
- Looking for young and energetic support workers.
- Ability to deal with mental health issues and Medication management.
- Good communication skills.
- Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check, Working with Children Check, NDIS worker screening check or willing to obtain these documents.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: From $31.76 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
