**Your new role:
- The Royal Melbourne Hospital is establishing a central Command Centre for its operations closely aligned to monitoring and improving patient access, hospital admission, patient discharge and general clinical throughput processes. This position will play an integral role in supporting the Hospital Command Centre Project initiative and its administrative requirements in order to support project deliverables. This role will represent the Facilities Management (FM) team in the Command Centre. The Contact Services Officer will work closely with the key departmental stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) to plan, escalate, mitigate facility services activity aligned to patient access and flow.
- This administrative role will be part of the Facilities Help desk team supporting FM services in addition to being a super user of the digital CAFM-TRIRIGA facilities & asset information system.

**About you**:

- In this role, you will:

- Work closely with the key departmental stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical) to plan, escalate, mitigate facility services activity aligned to patient access and flow.
- Work with Help desk team to support FM services
- Act as a super user of the digital CAFM-TRIRIGA facilities & asset information system
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team - reviewing practices through real time data and associated dashboards from multiple digital systems
- This role is a full-time, fixed term position for 12 months.
