**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct Tao initiation and blessing ceremonies.
- Deliver lectures on Tao philosophies and scripture to a diverse audience.
- Develop and oversee lesson plans, monthly programs, and youth leadership training.
- Manage the daily operations of the temple and coordinate community events.
- Train and mentor new Tao lecturers and speakers.
- Represent the organisation at domestic and international seminars.
- Provide spiritual counselling services to community members.
- Liaise with the parent temple in Taiwan for organisational planning and guidance.
**Selection Criteria**
**Essential**:
- A minimum of **5 years of relevant experience** in Tao missionary work.
- Certificate of **Master of Tao (Dao)** or equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in conducting Tao initiation rituals and teaching Tao philosophies.
- Proven ability to plan and manage religious programs, including youth and adult training.
- Excellent communication skills in **Mandarin** and Hokkien dialect.
- Demonstrated ability to provide spiritual counselling and lead community outreach.
**Desirable**:
- Prior experience managing temple operations, including renovations or expansion projects.
- Experience representing a religious organisation at international seminars or events.
