Join the team at **RAAF Williamtown (Newcastle)** in this part time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, only occasional weekends
- Assist the manager in managing the day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service to the defence force
- Manage day to day operations and functions
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied while maintaining and monitoring quality customer service practices.
- Customer facing and direct contact for customers
- Monthly financial monitoring and reporting

**The Person**:

- Exceptional customer service and communication
- Digital literacy - required to learn company specific reporting programs
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff
