**Job Description** About the role**:
This is a phone-based sales position within a high-performing team that serves as the first point of contact for new KinCare customers. The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads. While the role is target and sales-driven, its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families toward KinCare and our suite of in-home care services.
You’ll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families. By carefully presenting information, you’ll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence.
**Other responsibilities include**:
- Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results.
- Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively, using sales and marketing techniques.
- Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, permanent position. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required on a regular basis, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.
**About you**:
- Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc).
- Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
- Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone.
- Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families.
- Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
- Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills
- A genuine passion for helping others.
