**How will I help?**

Joining our dynamic Learning Delivery & Operations team for Customer, Corporate Services (CCS) & HR as an Enterprise Facilitator. As part of an exciting new program of work for Westpac Group, you will deliver impactful behavioural and technical learning solutions across the Westpac Group. Your exceptional facilitation skills and commitment to best practice adult learning principles will ensure a top-tier learner experience in both virtual and face-to-face environments. As a self-leader with a passion for continuous improvement, you will drive capability development and contribute to a vibrant, innovative team, while upholding the values and culture of Westpac.
