Hotel Receptionist

Do you have a passion for service and love to put a smile on people’s faces? Then you might be an excellent fit for the hotel receptionist position on our guest services team at Flag Motor Lodge in Rivervale

You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, assist them to/from the airport, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay.

The Receptionist works at the front desk of a hotel during morning or evening shift, as required, and the tasks include:

- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
- Transport guests to/from Perth International Airport (valid Driver's License required)
- Answering calls and queries related to potential bookings
- Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
- Manage hotel shop
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction

The shifts vary depending on hotel needs, and could be any day of the week, either morning or evening.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.61 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 36 per week
