**Roof Cleaner Required - $27 - $32 p/h**

**No Experience Necessary we will train you**

Position is full time hours (approximately 38 hours) for a Casual.

Position is Sunshine Coast based but you will need to be flexible as we service customers from Noosa to Brisbane.

Your hours sometime need to be flexible as some days you will finish at 1 or 2pm but other days you will have to stay back past 4pm (in which case you are paid overtime) to get the job finished. In the event your do more than 7.6 hours per day overtime will be paid.

After the probation and training period you will receive a Company car and fuel provided.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

You Must have or be willing to get Working at Heights certificate (at your cost) once you have been accepted for the position.

You Must have or be willing to get a WHS White Card Qld (at your cost) once you have been accepted for the position.

You Must have or be willing to get a blue card Working with Childrens Check Qld (at your cost) once you have been accepted for the position.

Must have manual car license

We commonly work on 2-3 storey buildings so previous experience working on roofs or at height would be favorable (but not essential).

Must take instruction well.

Must be a self starter as once trained you will be working alone mostly.

Must have attention to detail (this job would really suit a perfectionist, as our clients expect a quality result from our services).

Must have smart phone as job details are sent to you via an Job Scheduling App.

Must initially have own car to get to where the jobs are and meet up with your manager/trainer or meet your manager at a pre organised place to reduce your fuel usage.

**Tasks include (but are not limited to)**
- Roof Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning (sometimes by hand)
- External House washing
- Pressure Cleaning
- Solar Panel Cleaning

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
