Cart Room Attendant

Joondalup Resort is a complete leisure, corporate and tourism venue in the northern suburbs of Perth, with award winning facilities both on and off the golf course.

We are currently looking for casual staff to join our Cartroom team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Engage with golfers throughout the check-in procedure
- Assist with their bag drop and registration process during corporate events
- Keep golf carts clean and operationally sound
- Course marshalling as required
- Maintain driving range to a high standard at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests

**Position specifications**:

- First aid training would be advantageous
- Driver’s licence
- Customer service experience
- Corporate golf experience preferred
- Golf course knowledge and ideally some tee sheet experience

**Personal qualities**:

- Friendly and approachable nature
- Excellent verbal communication
- Team player
- Ability to perform physical tasks (the role requires working in a standing position)
- Professional appearance
