For 70 years, our client’s family business had been operating in the Lockyer Valley; famously known for their high-quality meats and authentic smallgoods. They now have an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources professional to join their team.

**Responsibilities in this role include**:

- Recruitment for all levels of the business
- Managing Work Cover procedures and assisting in Workplace Health & Safety
- Leading the training function
- Coaching leaders and front-line staff
- Administrative support to Managing Director and Operations Manager
- Driving a positive company and team culture

**Requirements**:

- A minimum 2+ years in a senior Human Resources role (Assistant, Executive or HRM)
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management is desirable
- Experience in the meat and smallgoods industry in a HR capacity would be a distinct advantage
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Proven success in managing administrative responsibilities with competing priorities
- Experience with drafting rosters

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
