**About the Role**
The Victorian Operations Manager is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while maintaining a safe working environment and contributing to organisational profitability. The Branch Manager creates and fosters a high performing team culture and a values-driven approach to work. Specific accountabilities include:

- Leading a team of ~20 across operations, customer service, transport planning and sales.
- Additional responsibility for a large team of long term, 3rd party transport providers.
- Leading site and transport operations within an EPA licensed environment.
- Leading improvements in OH&S risk reduction.
- Maintaining EPA compliance and continue to improve environmental protection.

The Victorian Operations Manager ensures that their business is appropriately resourced from a personnel and equipment perspective to meet targets relating to safety, service, and has full P&L responsibility for their business, so is responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation and cost reduction initiatives.
