**About the role**:
We are seeking a hard working, dedicated and passionate **Device Technician **to join our team at for our **Head Office **in **Crestmead** **This role is part-time offering a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Reporting to the Repair Manager, you will be actively responsible in achieving PTC’s performance goals in the repair and servicing of scooters and mobile devices. This role is based in our repair department in our head office.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- A genuine passion for mobile & tech
- Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI’s
- Support the teams in store to provide timely repairs to devices unable to be fixed in store.
- Manage end to end repair operations and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Continue to develop repair skills to keep up to date with the latest models and devices.
- Communicate effectively with repair team, Repair Manager keeping them up to date with device repairs and special orders.
- Ensure standard directives are executed in line with company strategy, policies and systems including and not limited to work health and safety.
- Adhere to PTC’s policies and procedures in place and amended from time to time.
