**AUSTRALIAN BRIDGE COLLEGE** is being proposed to be a CRICOS RTO and intends to deliver
Leadership & Management courses for international students. Australian Bridge College is currently seeking passionate trainers and assessors who have experience in delivering the following qualifications (to be delivered face to face from Australian Bridge College):
1. Diploma of Leadership and Management

2. Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced professional to take on the opportunity as a Trainer & Assessor.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to effectively communicate with adult learners on various levels of ability.

**The duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Training and Assessment
- Participate in ongoing assessment validation activities
- Liaising with other trainers and VET Coordinator

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years VET training and assessment experience
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in

Training and Assessment
- Relevant vocational competence to deliver the above qualifications
- Industry currency to deliver above qualifications

**Desirable Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills
- A proactive attitude and initiative
