As the Practice Manager at Optiko, you will play a key role in leading our team and overseeing the day to day operations in our two Brisbane boutique. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Providing leadership and guidance to our dispensers, and optometrist team
- Strategic approach for setting and achieving KPI's, while ensuring exceptional customer service
- Managing inventory levels and ordering stock
- Handling employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and training initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with eyewear suppliers and industry partners
- Knowledge of eyewear products, optical terminology, and industry trends

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing or Leadership experience in Optics or Retail is preferred
- Willingness to work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Great communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals
