We are seeking an energetic, passionate, enthusiastic baker/cake decorator to be part of our growing brand in this fast-paced, career defining role.

**What fun things you will be doing**:

- Working from 8:30 to 4:30pm, Tues to Fridays and 7:00am to 11:30am, ensuring you excellent work life balance
- Reporting to The Cupcake Princess herself
- Making a wide variety of cupcakes, cakes, cookies, brownies, pastries all from scratch using quality ingredients in a fun and enjoyable environment
- Preparing and cleaning kitchen
- Ordering ingredients and supplies

- Must be able to work unsupervised and as a team player
- Ability to organise daily workloads, ordering
- Desire to work with owner to grow the business with products to be shipped world wide.

- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of ingredients and techniques

**To be considered you MUST have**:
1. Expertise in decorating with butter icing

2. Expertise in decorating with fondant

3. Qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in bakery food preparation, preparing orders and decorating skills

4. A personal appearance that is as immaculate as your work

5. FULL working rights in Australia _(No students please)_

6. Your own transport to get to and from work for the early starts
