Enrolment Officer Role (EOR)
The ER role is an ABN contractor position, you can work on days and at a time that suits you.
Weekly activity base rate is applicable to an EO that is consistent with enrolments.
Commission Structure:
In Training - $400 Per Enrolment Completed
Post Training - $600 Per Enrolment Completed
Role Requirements That Are Nice to Have
Complete basic admin duties for sign up documentation (paper &online forms).
Work autonomously and be able to cold call either by phone or visit a business.
We show you the process and do on the field training to get you going.
ER visits hospitality venues for the purpose of identifying industry experienced employees, no longer at high school and have been in the hospitality industry collectively for more than 18 months.
Current Record for an ER at 1 Venue = 14 Completed Students
Venues include cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, sports clubs, RSL’s, franchise businesses like Subway or just a venue or place that serves food and drinks.
Certifications Available:
Certificate III in Hospitality
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Certificate IV in Hospitality
Diploma of Hospitality Management
No out of pocket expense for the employer
