**Job Description**:
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to assist with growing and supporting our team in Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-regarded management consulting firm who have a strong local presence and is backed by a global company, which is continuing to expand through acquisition and organic growth.

Your role will include:

- End to end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Strategic thinking around looking at how we go to market, the funnel, the internal interview process, opportunities for efficiencies and challenging constructively to build in improvements.
- Transactional day-to-day recruitment of open positions.
- Administration of recruitment and some support for global mobility matters.

You will provide essential expertise and work closely with the Leadership Team on talent attraction activities for the Perth office. You will also liaise with global team members to incorporate relevant corporate policies and practices into the Australian business.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in the role you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in white collar recruitment. Previous experience in professional services would be ideal however is not essential.
- Some prior exposure to HR administrative tasks is ideal.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, we use SmartRecruiters.
- Strong communication skills, credibility, the ability to build trust, high emotional intelligence, collaborative, cultural awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
- A positive attitude, drive and the ability to think resourcefully.
- Effective relationship management skills, able to build networks and influence stakeholders.
- High integrity, a ‘can do’ attitude, problem solver, a self-starter and a team player.
- An inquisitive nature, bringing new thinking and discipline to get things done well in a timely manner.
- Advanced skills with the MS Office suite and LinkedIn. A LinkedIn Recruiter Seat is provided for the role.

Additional Information

This is a permanent part-time position - two (2) to three (3) days per week.

You will be collaborating with and supporting high-performing individuals who are passionate about innovation and love to add value to clients.
