**Catering Assistant**
- **Monday to Friday Availability between 7am - 5pm**:

We are seeking a Full time **Catering Assistant **to join our teams based at a high profile financial institute located in the **Sydney** **CBD**. This fantastic **Monday to Friday** role offers true work life balance and an opportunity to progress within our business.

**THE ROLE**:

- Setting up and clearing Buffets
- Basic food preparation and presentation
- Be an ambassador for food waste program - logging and tracking waste data through LEANPATH
- Cleaning of kitchen and kitchen utensils
- Able to work autonomously and work efficiently with time restraints

**THE PERSON**:

- Physically fit High moving and physical role
- previous experience working with food and in a high service kitchen
- Understanding of food allergens and dietary requirements
- experience with kitchen cleaning equipment
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation

**A current National Police Check, and full **working** rights will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for these positions.**
