Robert Half have partnered with an ASX listed business in the Agricultural sector, they require a highly skilled cyber security lead to come in and own the security posture of the organisation. A key duty in this role is the vendor management of their security partner, you will also be tasked with implementing policies, addressing vulnerabilities, defining road maps and project delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide security leadership to all service areas, partners and vendors to provide a responsive, high-quality service
- Assume accountability for the performance of the internal and external security services
- Investigate and resolve noncompliance issues identified through Audit findings and proactive review
- Identify operational and tactical cyber intelligence to improve security operations and support efforts to prepare for, monitor, detect, escalate, analyse, contain, remediate, and recover from security incidents.
- Identify and implement process improvements that support the protection of computers, networks, software, data, and information systems against possible attacks.

**Skills**
- IT industry experience with a specialisation in security roles 5+ years
- Scripting and automation tasks using PowerShell and Unix shell scripting
- Strong network security understanding (firewalls, switching, routing, ACLs, DNS, Mail, Proxy)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification
