As our new **Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant**, you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience - whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage between meetings.

**Crowne Plaza Perth** is a riverside hotel located in beautiful East Perth with picturesque Langley Park at the doorstep.

Our Restaurant & Bar, **Gusti**, is located at the front of the hotel boasting views of the Swan River on the alfresco terrace. On the terrace, visitors can dine under the canopy of the palms with breath-taking views. The Terrace is also a popular location for cocktail functions, weddings or corporate events.

Inside, we offer a crowd-favourite hotel Lobby bar with ample seating types perfect for guests awaiting check in, to those on business calls, and everyone in between.

Crowne Plaza Perth also offers a choice of meeting spaces which can host up to 80 pax, where we allow guests to meet in confidence.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work under the direction of our Food & Beverage Supervisors to help ensure the smooth running of our venue.

**This role is responsible for**:

- Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering the Crowne Plaza service style of ‘Dare to Connect’ by being the one to make the first move with a guest; say hello first, take action first.
- Greeting and escorting customers to their table.
- Preparing beverages (hot, alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to a high standard.
- Serving food in a professional and timely manner.
- Highlighting promotions/daily specials to customers.
- Providing meal and/or beverage pairing recommendations upon request.
- Maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Working with and supporting your colleagues to offer a smooth service to our customers.
- Have previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or bar service role.
- Have the confidence to make the first move and Dare to Connect.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol & Food Safety Certification.
- Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts will include days, nights, weekends & Public Holidays.
