We are a family-owned Australian business located in Dandenong specialising in making delicious veggie burgers and schnitzels.

We are currently looking for friendly, hard-working, and reliable person seeking ongoing employment to become key member of our warehouse/packing team.

**About the role**
Working in a small team you will be manually packing orders, receiving, and despatching goods, using hand operated pallet jacks and walkie stackers, packing food products and cleaning cool rooms, freezers, and warehouse areas. You will be required to manage and record stock and maintain accurate and legible goods receival, packing and despatch records.

You need to be physically fit, enjoy working standing up, have good food hygiene and work safety awareness, and be able to perform the manual handling tasks required.

**Skills and experience**
Although previous experience is **preferred **it is not essential. On the job training will be provided by experienced and supportive team members. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years experience working in similar roles or work environments.

- be co-operative, friendly, and supportive of other team members
- be easily understood to take and give instructions and share information in English
- be able to accurately complete records
- demonstrate a commitment to food safety
- work in a clean, organised, and tidy manner
- **MUST **have experience operating a **walkie stacker**:

- happy to collect and store goods in coolrooM/Freezers

**Hours of employment**
Typical rostered hours are 8_:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday _and Saturday work may be available_._

Flexibility is required to adjust start and finish times in response to production requirements.
- This position is not suitable for students who cannot be rostered every weekday as outlined above on an ongoing basis._

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
