**About the Role**

Co-Ground currently have opportunities for Part Time, Full Time or Casual Cafe All Rounders to join us in in our new social enterprise cafe at Swinburne Hawthorn.

We're a social enterprise serving up great coffee, food and events all around Melbourne. We're excited about delivering an amazing experience to our customers as well as serving a high quality product that we can be proud of.

We're a Not for Profit, so all of the profits from our operations go towards health, education and community development projects in the Asia Pacific, and here in Melbourne. You'll be part of a passionate team that cares about making the world a better place.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Cafe all rounder experience in a busy cafe is a must. Barista skills is a plus
- Have, or can obtain, a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
- RSA preferred, but not essential.
- Possess great communication skills.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be a positive part of a small team
- Assist in setup, service, pack up, and general cafe cleaning duties
- Assist our chef with food prep
- Develop and maintain great relationships with customers
- Understand & Communicate Co-Ground's social enterprise message to clients and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $22.50 - $35.13 per hour
