We are a small operator with big ideas. We have embarked on the redevelopment of our iconic, oceanfront Cottesloe site. Our new site offers world-class accommodation, health and community amenities that is enjoyed both by residents living on-site, and the wider community.

**About the role**

We are looking for two receptionists to join our Marine Views Cottesloe team.

**What you will be doing**

and in-person contacts.
- Assist clients, visitor and staff with enquiries.
- Assist with client and visitor movements, including room and service
bookings.
- Manage visitor bookings.
- Provide a welcoming environment in the lobby/lounge/meeting rooms
of our residential care homes by ensuring the physical environment is
clean and assisting clients, staff and visitors with refreshments.
- Sort and disseminate mail and other deliveries.
- Undertake basic secretarial services including scanning, typing, online
ordering and filing for clients and staff.

**Who we are looking for**

Essential:

- A passion for working with older people and a customer focused
attitude.
- Capacity to meet the values and work towards the vision of the
organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Computer literacy and well-developed written skills.
- National police clearance (current within 3-years).
- Annual influenza vaccination.
- COVID-19 vaccination.

Desirable:

- Experience working in an aged care, community or disability
organisation.
- Experience using client relationship management (CRM) and
enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
