As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
Serve as the **first point of contact for patients and referrers**, delivering exceptional customer service.

**Book medical exams and appointments**, providing clear and helpful information.

**Manage patient records** with care and a high level of attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Assist with **Medicare billing and banking**, supported by your team.
