Most important is that your personal hobbies and commitments can be done at flexible times, so that you can work when the clients need you. Your availability needs to be flexible and you need to be able to adapt to new roster schedule when clients decease, move or their care plan changes and your clients change.
- Also very important, is that you are all about helping people with whatever they need, whether it be housekeeping, showering, changing incontinence briefs, shopping, throwing out expired food and wiping down the fridge, you are willing and able. You are super-passionate about helping others with their needs, even those who are grumpy, anxious.

Permanent full time options (Award pay rates plus bonus)

Casual full-time options ($39 per hour including travel allowances)

Casual part-time option ($36.52 ph incl travel allowances)

If asked to work outside standard weekday hours - higher pay per hour if asked to work nights, weekends or public holidays.

Small down-to-earth home care aged care business, organised and supportive. Must live in our Northern Beaches or Lower North Shore operating territory, local to our clients for a sustainable commute.

No experience needed, just a very caring personality, availability to work when the clients need help, mornings, lunch, dinners, bedtime. We will train you. We have In-house aged care support worker training available at no cost (40-60 hours of your time investment needed) or otherwise a Certificate III Individual Support or Certificate IV Aged care or equivalent is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 12-38 per week

**Salary**: $31.52 - $39.00 per hour

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
