**The Team**

The Real Estate team are highly-regarded for advising across the full spectrum of property matters from property development and planning, investment and finance to dispute resolution. In particular, they have strong expertise in established assets such as residential, hotel, logistics and retail properties, as well as in newer alternative assets such as build-to-rent, later living and student accomodation.

They represent many of the leading names within the real estate sector on domestic and international projects of various sizes and complexity.

**The Role**

Due to growth, there is an opening for a mid-level lawyer to join the Melbourne office and work directly with the regional head of the firm's property practice.

You will gain experience advising national and global corporate clients including REITs, investors, and developers with a focus on infrastructure, renewables and transport issues.

You will have access to cross-jurisdictional matters within Australia and also into the broader APAC region. The team are flexible and support diversity and inclusion, offering an open working environment with plenty of different social activities and charitable initiatives to get involved in.

**Requirements**:
**2-4 years' PAE** in property law, and in particular, expertise in commercial property.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- Commercial awareness and acumen and
- An ability to work independently and as part of a greater team.
