**Your next opportunity**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Crafting and implementing Recruitment Marketing advert copy and campaigns for a variety of roles and organisations
- Developing effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract the best talent
- Liaising with our team to execute marketing strategies by posting adverts to job boards, conducting digital headhunting and using social media platforms

**What you will bring to our team**:
As our newest Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will have **previous experience working in marketing, advertising or recruitment**. You will also possess the following skills:

- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Strong copywriting skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
