**The Client**:
Boutique are currently representing a global Investments Management firm based here in the CBD, although they only have small presence here in Sydney. They have over 9,000 employees worldwide and have plans to grow there APCA Business significantly on the next few years, and are looking or someone that can grow with the business

**The Role**:
We are looking for an
**Executive Assistant** to join a small but fast paced team. This role has the primary responsibility to provide a full range of business support and administrative services to the Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Retail Sales, this would be an equal 50/50 Split and also supporting the team as well. The individual in this position will also provide assistance with the day to day running of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist team with arranging complex internal, external client and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate local and global videoconferencing / teleconferencing requests including room bookings and set up
- Manage and reconcile monthly corporate card expenses and invoices
- Arrange all travel including itineraries and visa’s
- Prepare weekly / fortnightly team meeting agendas, logistics including minutes and actions when required
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and client briefing notes ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard
- Effectively communicate with external clients and business partners in an efficient and professional manner
- Provide support to Event’s team on internal / external client functions
- Monitor and submit general office maintenance requests when required, as well as assist with maintaining office kitchen, meeting rooms and copier/ stationary room

**You**:
To be successful in the role you would have at least two years of prior experience in an Personal / Executive Assistant in banking, Prof or Fin Services - ideally supporting a sales team, or with in a face paced team. Global Experience would also be an advantage

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with clients and business partners of varying seniority. You will be immaculately presented as you would be client facing and the proven ability to demonstrate initiative and clear decision making

Advance Microsoft products are a given for this role
