**Disability Support Worker**:

- Immediate Start
- Magill, Campbelltown, Parafield Gardens etc
- $36.80 per hour**-** $66.24 per hour

**About the Company**:
Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We require Support Workers to partner with two different participants. Both roles involve personal care, and community access.

**North Adelaide Role**:

- Young male client with ASD.
- Requires assistance going to the swimming pool.
- 2:1 support required.
- Support Workers are required to go into the swimming pool with participant._

**North East Adelaide Role**:

- Young female needing assistance with community access and daily living.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with personal care
- Assistance with domestic tasks
- Community access
- Swimming required with participant 1

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Disability Check (NDIS Worker Check)
- COVID19 Infection control
- NDIS 'Worker Orientation' Module
- NDIS 'Supporting Effective Communication' Module
- 100 points of ID (passport/drivers licence/birth certificate/etc)
