We're looking for a barista/all-rounder to join our team

**More about us**: Our aim is to never compromise on quality, so demonstrated barista experience is necessary. We’ve got great hardware which is fun to work on: Black Eagle Gravimetric machine, Mythos1 & EK43 grinders & Puqpress.

Duties include:

- Dialling in, adjusting grinders
- Preparing beverages for customers (smoothies & coffee)
- Counter & customer service
- Cleaning and shut down of coffee equipment
- Providing assistance to kitchen if required
- Dishwashing and store cleaning

Skills & Requirements:

- Demonstrated skills in specialty-grade coffee service (following recipes by weighing ins, monitoring outs, making adjustments as necessary)
- An attention for detail, and the ability to follow procedures
- Reliability & teamwork
- Communication skills (ability to follow instructions, take initiative and provide constructive feedback to the team)

Shifts will be **6:15am-1:30pm Monday to Friday**.

We're only open M-F, closed weekends and public holidays -- this position offers a work-life balance not as often found in hospitality

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.06 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
