**The Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated marketing professional to help grow and engage our HOYTS Rewards loyalty program and members across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging member communications across multiple platforms
- Support acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns
- Leverage data to segment audiences and personalise messaging
- Work closely with cinema teams and distributors to coordinate offers and promotions
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using A/B testing and analytics

**About You**:
You’re an excellent communicator with a strong interest in loyalty marketing and a keen eye for detail. You’re comfortable working with data and enjoy seeing campaigns through from planning to execution.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in marketing communications or CRM - ideally within loyalty, retail, or entertainment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a good understanding of brand voice
- A clear grasp of campaign planning and the customer journey
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
