We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our optometry practice As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling phone inquiries, and assisting with optical dispensing and frame selection.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable with computer systems and office software
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
- Previous experience in a medical or optometry office is a plus but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
