Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor at our Leura venue. We are looking for that special person who not only has the skills for the role but, also how they fit culturally in our business.

Customer delight is a corner stone building block of our business. We need a supervisor that can demonstrate these qualities whilst imparting them into the team they are working with.

Primary Objectives for the role
- Assist in the management of venue when Venue Manager absent
- Able to take, adjust or cancel booking through booking system (OBEE)
- Ability to manage staffing levels based on business needs
- Ability to liaise with customers and drive business growth through upselling or daily specials
- Has full comprehension of all open, change over and closing procedures.
- Ensure the venue meets business presentations standards I.e candles, music, lights etc.
- Must understand and ensure stock levels are suitably managed to ensure no stock outs occur.
- Must ensure stock management processes are followed and issues actioned immediately
- Must ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level and issues addressed in a timely manner
- Escalate issue to line manager I.e venue manager on holiday then escalate to the General Manager).
- Ensure venue cleanliness and appearance managed to a high level.
- To ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the venue.
- Champion “Customer Delight” mentality within the venue.
- Ensure compliance to all corporate governance requirements, business policies, procedures, and statutory / legislative requirements.
- Champion Zero Harm Culture to all team members, contractors and suppliers who visit the venue.

Personal Requirements
- Available 5 days a week including weekends.
- A valid RSA - Car or access to transport (there are some late nights involved).
- Be enthusiastic and well versed in positively managing a team.
- Be responsible, well dressed, trustworthy & punctual.
- Have basic understanding of excel & computers.

**Salary**: Up to $78,000.00 per year
