**Your every day**:
**Symal Contractors are looking to add a construction / civil surveyor to their growing team.**
- Undertake civil surveys on a variety of project sites
- Complete survey works safely in accordance with the Client's systems and the Symal Infrastructure safety program
- Manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of project management team on all matters relating to the construction activities, Control works, Set out surveys, Level and feature surveys, Survey conformances and As-built surveys
- Follow survey request supplied by Engineer, Superintendents, Site Supervisors, and Leading Hands
- Perform site walks with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure the survey request is complete.
- Bring non-conforming reports immediately to the attention of the construction team / Site Supervisor and Survey and Design Manager

**About you**
- Certificate IV in Survey or equivalent
- Minimum five years’ survey experience with a civil and/or structural background
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Experience in software programs AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center
- Experience with Trimble total stations and GPS equipment and remote machine control
