**All-Rounder Couple-Tourism Property-Remote Tasmania**

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced
**All-Rounder Couple** for this busy property located in very remote Tasmania.

**The roles are live in positions in a very remote, wilderness location and therefore require full relocation for the duration of the season. The roles are not located in or near any city.**

Enjoy fantastic experiences on your days off such as river cruises, nature walks, kayaking, flora & fauna and fishing in this unique location.

**Commence - Mid to Late September**

**Seasonal role until around late April / Mid May**

**NOT SUITABLE FOR WORKING HOLIDAY VISA EXTENSION.**

**Package: (Casual Rates)**
- $29.04 per hour Mon - Fri
- $34.85 per hour Saturday
- $40.65 per hour Sunday
- Accommodation - Own room in a share staff house - $90 per week ($45 each)
- Meals are Not Provided - Cooking facilities in the house

**All-Rounder crew - Departments may include**:

- Bar/Restaurant Service
- Housekeeping/Cleaning
- Kitchen Hands
- Grounds Work

**Job brief and duties**:
**BAR/RESTAURANT**:

- Serve beverages in a responsible way ensuring RSA procedures are followed at all times.
- Upsell menu items and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Refill stock fridges as required and maintain a clean working environment.

**RECEPTION**:

- Greet guests on arrival and respond to all inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Receive and enter Accommodation, Campground, Cruise and Kayak bookings.
- Inform guests of all activities available including walking trails and other nearby attractions. This includes suggestively selling our restaurant, cruises and kayak hire.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment.

**HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING / KITCHEN**
- Clean and present cottages for guest arrivals to the high standard of the property.
- Refill housekeeping supply tubs as required.
- Ensure housekeeping storerooms are cleaned and well maintained.
- Clean campground toilet facilities.
- Assist in the kitchen

**GROUNDS**:

- Complete daily maintenance jobs accordingly.
- Maintain property grounds including gardening as required.
- Assist with kayak hire procedures including regular cleaning of kayaks.
- Operate and maintain Barge operation including refuelling and greasing of rollers.
- Repair (where possible) any reported issues on guest and staff accommodation buildings.
- Maintain roads, paths and walking trails including clearing tree branches etc.
- Clean Campground toilet facilities.

**Other Information**:

- No Pets are permitted on site
- Booking system is Room Master
- Winter-Skeleton Staff of 6-Up to 17 staff in summer months
- NO Mobile reception, Basic Internet Only (staff get 10g of wifi per month)
- NO Television reception
- Access via sealed roads or Bus / pick up from closest airport
- Located in the Tasmanian wilderness - relocation is required
- Not suitable for visa extension
