**About the role**

We have an opportunity for two (2) **Team Leaders **to be part of our Child Wellbeing Unit (CWU) team within the Communications and Security Command. The Team Leader supervises and develops a team to ensure correct, consistent and timely decision making regarding the processing and review of NSW Police Force Computerised Operational Policing System (COPS) reports of child abuse that are classified as not imminent. The role implements processes and works with other Team Leaders and Units to ensure the delivery of quality, responsive customer services and the promotion of continuous improvement.

The CWU is currently identified as a Temporary Unit, however, it has been identified as such since its inception in 2009.
