**About the opportunities**:
We have a range of management progression opportunities available across all areas in our supermarket (Bakery, Dairy, Fruit & Veg, Nightfill & Service Deli). You’ll be paid above award rates and full training will be provided.
- Assistant Department Manager 3IC - Part-time 25 hours per week
- Department Manager in Training - Full-time 38 hours per week
- Department Assistant - Casual

You’ll be working in close partnership with the Department Manager to ensure the smooth operations of your department. You’ll learn all about ordering stock, merchandising, product ranging, managing budgets, adhering to food safety standards, training & coaching your team + much more

*Please note, we are looking to hold group interview sessions from w/c 16th June 2025.*

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Previous experience leading, mentoring or training a team
- Supermarket/Retail knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- Willingness to learn, take direction and absorb all information
