Location: Kebab zone Browns Plains, 8/24 Browns Plains Rd, Browns Plains QLD 4118

**Job Type**: Casual, full time, part time

Job Responsibilities:
Front-of-House:
1. Provide exceptional customer service.

2. Take orders and handle transactions accurately.

3. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.

4. Manage takeaway and delivery orders.

5. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Back-of-House:
1. Prepare and assemble kebabs, salads, and other menu items.

2. Assist with food preparation, marinating, and grilling.

3. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.

4. Restock ingredients and supplies.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

2. Participate in inventory management and stock control.

3. Follow shop policies, procedures, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in food service or hospitality (desirable).

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.

5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

6. Physical stamina to stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Food Safety Certification.

2. Knowledge of kebab preparation and Middle Eastern cuisine.

3. Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
