**Housekeeping Coordinator - 8am to 4pm**

Josh Hospitality Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Coordinator** to join our hotel operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting the daily coordination between the housekeeping and front office departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality room servicing for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor daily occupancy, room status, and housekeeping task allocations.
- Coordinate communication between Front Office and Housekeeping for VIPs, early arrivals, late check-outs, and special guest requests.
- Manage and update room status in Opera Cloud and maintain accurate housekeeping reports.
- Liaise with Maintenance for room defects and follow up on completion.
- Support supervisors with staff attendance, rosters, and shift handovers.
- Track and maintain inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Conduct room and service area inspections and follow up on cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest service requests and urgent calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, hygiene, and safety procedures.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or coordination role within a hotel environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Opera Cloud or similar PMS systems.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.12 - $63.27 per hour
