**Your new role**
Inherent duties of this position will include the following;
- Attend Site Meetings
- Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and contractors
- Prepare regular progress reports
- Cost planning and estimating
- Prepare take-offs and remeasures
- Contract administration from inception to project closeout
- Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Tender analysis and evaluation

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating or related discipline
- Excellent IT skills are a must for this position, specifically Excel
- Current Baseline/NV1 Clearance is preferred
- AQIS Registration (preferred)
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
