We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the team. Key duties include: Processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable Onboarding new employees, processing weekly payroll, managing workers comp claims Maintain General ledger and complete all monthly and end of year reconciliations Prepare Monthly Reports for Management Provide administrative support to a small team of Project Managers including invoicing and accounting for Progress Claims and Retentions. Insurance administration About You: Previous experience in an accounts / administration function. Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in the Construction, Manufacturing or related industry an advantage
