Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring, and committed people to provide support to assist people living in their own homes to enable independence.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

Disability Support Work is an important and rapidly expanding industry with high levels of satisfaction and security.

**What Support is being provided**:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Manual handling
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal assistance
- Social Support
- Community Access

**Shift Times**

Shift times available are:

- 7am - 3pm Thursdays and alternate Saturday
- 9am - 3pm Mondays
- 8am - 3pm Wednesdays
- 9am - 4pm Thursdays
- 3pm - 9pm alternate Thursday
- 5pm - 11pm alternate Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and your own car (mandatory)
- NDIS Worker's Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
- Willing and able to drive a modified van
