Culinary Trainer

“Do you want to become a Culinary trainer?” “Have you got passion for food and a desire to develop your skills?”

An exciting new role is being created for a chef or cook who has a passion for food and people.

Our Academy training team in Brisbane are looking for expression of interests for a number of Culinary Trainer roles. Training experience is not required, but an amazing, personable attitude and cooking experience is a must.

**The Role**:

- Learning training content
- Facilitate CGA training for Cooks and Chefs
- Working in the kitchen making weekly food offerings
- Maintaining the Academy kitchen premises

**The Person**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Prior Food Hygiene training and / or accreditation
- Experience in a remote environment
- Sound computer skills
