Our team refurbish and test preowned hardware, software and accessories that have been traded-in to our stores in order to be resold throughout our omni-channel retail network.

As a Refurbishment worker, you are responsible for performing tasks that support production through many stages of the Refurbishment process, ensuring the required quality standards are met and customers’ expectations are fulfilled.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Receiving various products
- Autonomous role (no selling)
- Testing and inspecting controllers, phones, pc's... and/or hardware to diagnose faults in a timely manner.
- Performing repairs as per trained procedures.

**What are we looking for?**
To be successful in this role you must have:

- 2yr proven experience as a mobile technician.
- Current skills across all popular brands of smart phones.
- All experience welcome - board / component level preferred.
- Experience working in a reputable repairer ideal.
- Ability to be able to work rostered weekends a must.

The following would be advantageous (but not required):

- Soldering experience
- Re-work experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience using a multimeter
- Experience using a microscope
- Forklift licence
