Victoria By The Park is currently seeking a vibrant and energetic Lifestyle Team Member to join our small team to assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of our lifestyle support / activities programs. You will report directly to the Lifestyle Department Manager and work alongside the lifestyle team.

As a Lifestyle Assistant, your role will be required to:

- Participate in activities and outings
- Conduct one on one sessions with consumers per their individual care plan
- Escort consumers with walking groups and bus outings
- Always work as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit.
- Complete reporting and documentation based on VBTP policy and procedure.
- Deliver excellent customer service in all that you do.
- Always interact with the consumers and their families in friendly, helpful and positive manner.

Your experience:

- Qualified with a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
- Previous proven experience as a PCA or Lifestyle Assistant working in Aged Care is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work to required consumer outcomes.
- A current National Police Check is essential.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations *unless exemptions apply.
- Previous unsuccessful applicants need not apply.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $34,580.00 - $97,131.00 per year
