**About the Company**

Our client is an international iconic footwear and apparel company who prides itself on its innovative approach to retail, offering customers the latest styles and trends. They are committed to creating an enjoyable working environment that encourages collaboration and strives to create an upbeat and positive work environment. They are looking for their next Store Manager to join their Homebush Outlet store

**About the Role**
- Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, rotated, and merchandised according to company standards
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary
- Manage budgets, rostering and control costs within the store

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- People driven
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience with managing high stock volume & comfortable in fast paced environment
